Great New App..

Check this out!!

I found this cool app in the Play Store and am going to use it along with My Fitness Pal to log all my info for the next round of Body Beast and also my cardio...I am also going to purchase a caloric burn tracker so I can follow what I am burning much closer.

I am going to use the "free" version of the new app to test run the program and how user friendly it is. The "Pro" version is $4.99...and that's typical of most apps...this one even has database you can upload your info to etc...seems like great little app.

On my second round of Body Beast I will be doing the "Lean" version this time...( i think....still haven't decided)
